You may know Sarita from her popular NYC mac and cheese restaurant, S'MAC, or her recent appearance on the Food Network's Chopped. She talks with Jason about what prompted her to start S'MAC, appearing on Chopped, getting attention in the world of Oprah, why she started taking improv classes at The Magnet, and why diversity in comedy theaters is important.
